GENERAL PROCEDURE /GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION OF RECALLED POST GRADUATE STUDENTS.

    General information/procedure

    A.    All Post graduate students will pay damages fee of Ten thousand Naira only (N10, 000) at any Enterprise Bank Branch ( former Spring bank ) through  CashChannel Platform.

    B.     All students who have made part payment for school fee as well as those who have not paid at all for the current session are to pay all their outstanding fees plus damages.

    C.     After payment , log on to www.unicalonline.edu.ng to pay your damages fees and print out your undertaking forms

    D.    Take your undertaking forms to any Nigerian court and swear affidavits to them. Note that you will be required to swear two separate affidavits, one by your parents or guardian and one by you

    E.     Return to the portal to upload your sworn affidavits

    F.     Return to campus with the original sworn affidavits and receipt of payment

    CATEGORY ONE:  STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED SCHOOL FEES PAYMENT

    1.     Log on to www.unicalonline.edu.ng . On the right hand side of the homepage, click on fee payment/registration.

    2.     Log in with your phone number and password

    3.     Click on damage fee payment and enter your confirmation order number

    4.     Print out your receipt  and download your undertaking forms

    5.     Take your undertaking forms to any Nigerian court and swear affidavits to them. Note that you will be required to swear two separate affidavits, one by your parents or guardian and one by you.

    6.     Return to the portal to upload your sworn affidavits.

    7.     Return to  campus with the original sworn affidavits and receipt

    CATEGORY TWO:  STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT COMPLETED FEES PAYMENT

    1.     Log on to www.unicalonline.edu.ng .

    2.     On the right hand side of the homepage, click on fee payment/registration.

    3.     Log in with your phone number and password

    4.     Click on 40% fee payment and enter your confirmation order number to generate your school fees receipt.

    5.     Click on damage fee payment and enter your confirmation order number to generate your damages fee receipt.

    6.     Print out your receipts  and download your undertaking forms

    7.     Take your undertaking forms to any Nigerian court and swear affidavits to them. Note that you will be required to swear two separate affidavits, one by your parents or guarding and one by you.

    8.     Return to the portal to upload your sworn affidavits.

    9.     Return to campus with the original sworn affidavits and receipt

     

    CATEGORY THREE:  STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT MADE ANY FEES PAYMENT

    1.     Log on to www.unicalonline.edu.ng .

    2.     On the right hand side of the homepage, click on fee payment/registration.

    3.     Log in with your phone number and form number

    4.     Fellow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration.

    5.     Click on fee payment and select the year your paying for.

    6.      Enter your confirmation order number to generate your school fees receipt

    7.     Click on damage fee payment and enter your confirmation order number to generate your damages fee receipt.

    8.     Print out your receipts  and download your undertaking forms

    9.     Take your undertaking forms to any Nigerian court and swear affidavits to them. Note that you will be required to swear two separate affidavits, one by your parents or guarding and one by you.

    10.                         Return to the portal to upload your sworn affidavits.

    11.                         Return to campus with original sworn affidavits and receipt.
